I recently read a book that fits right in with my own ideas about health and nutrition. The book is titled
Nutrition: A Word of Wisdom and the author is Dr. Scott Johnson from Utah, USA.
Highly Recommended
I highly recommend reading this book, and then putting it where it can be easily referenced on a regular basis. It is well written in a comfortable style that informs, and also inspires readers to take better care when choosing what to eat each day. It follows guidance given by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in what is known as the Word of Wisdom.
There is nothing pushy about the book. It tells it as it is and then leaves individuals to decide which direction is best for them. Dr. Johnson says, ". . . the Word of Wisdom is a revelation from God, the observance of which will prevent unnecessary suffering and death, and enhance the health of all who endeavor to live it to its fullest."
